After speaking, Gu Mohan hung up on the phone call and threw his cell phone into the basket.

Mo’er, my culinary skills are very limited and I can only cook noodles for now.
I don’t think I’ll have the time to work on it.
How about we hire a helper for now?”

Hearing the “dudu” sound from the other end of the phone, Lu Yan smashed his cell phone against the boot of the car with a loud bang.

Hearing his words, the underling speedily ran inside the factory.

Very quickly, the factory doors were opened.
“Master Yan, our boss would like to invite you inside.”

Lu Yan stretched out his long legs and entered the factory.
Lu Qi’er’s limbs were all tied up and one underling was pointing at her head with a gun.

Her face was pale and she looked weak and frightened.
As she was the beloved daughter of the Lu family, she had been pampered all her life, and had no idea what to do in this situation.
The opening to the gun was pointed right at her temple and she could die at anytime.
Her entire body was shivering out of fear and tears were all over her face.

Long Da had a scary-looking scar across his face and he sat on a stool, levelling a glare at Lu Yan.
An underling ran over and searched Lu Yan all over, he confirmed that Lu Yan didn’t bring any weapons.

Lu Yan’s 1.9m frame stood tall and he raised a brow, laughing.

Long Da slammed the beer bottle on the desk forcefully before he stood up and walked beside Lu Qi’er, yanking her forward by her long hair.

Lu Qi’er fell on a mound of straw, her left cheek had swelled up and the corner of her mouth was bleeding.
She was in shock and turned her head around.

Long Da stood up straight before he looked at Lu Yan.
“Master Yan, you’re on my turf right now, so you’d better stop bargaining.

His underlings all had their guns out and pointed at Lu Yan.
The battle had just begun.

Thrown into this situation, Lu Yan still didn’t show much emotion.
