On April 14th, the Pizza Hut BOOK IT! Program will celebrate the love of reading with a special bedtime webcast of I Got Two Dogs by John Lithgow. Lithgow himself will be reading the story and it can be viewed any time that day after 9:00 a.m. CST, at bookitprogram.com/bedtimestory. You can even sign up for an e-mail reminder.In 2007, the first year for the program, more than 60,000 families logged on to watch Lithgow read his book, The Remarkable Farkle McBride
“America’s Biggest Bedtime Story brings fun and excitement to reading at home,” said Leslie Brunt, program director of the BOOK IT! Program. “The goal of America’s Biggest Bedtime Story is to encourage more families to start a tradition of reading together for at least 20 minutes every night.”
Pizza Hut started the BOOK IT! program in 1985 to encourage children to read.
Go to the BOOK IT! website on April 14th (anytime after 9 am CST) and watch the webcast of John Lithgow reading his book I Got Two Dogs
