My pediatricians & OB's offices are conveniently located above a Whole Foods Market. After all those pesky pregnancy weight checks I could pop in and pick up vitamins, Born Free bottles and organic berries in one swoop. If it was a particularly painful weigh in, I'd also throw in some two-bite brownies. A pregnant woman needs her chocolate after all.
After my last appointment I decided I should lay off the brownies, but with school starting I definitely needed more vitamins. Did you know Whole Foods carries children's gummi vitamins with echinacea? I didn't. Brilliant!
Are you considering a multivitamin for you or your kids? Whole Foods Market is running a back to school podcast series to benefit kids and parents gearing up for another school year.
