Hanes recently sent me a boatload of clothes. And what mom to a preschooler who is always getting messy doesn't love clothes? Now, I normally think of Hanes as underwear and socks, and they did send those, but they also sent a T-shirt, a STAIN RESISTANT button down, and the lovely red sweatshirt shown in the picture. Sadly, the sweatshirts was too big for my son, so I'M GIVING IT AWAY. Keep reading for details.
I was pleasantly surprised about the quality of the clothing. Sadly, I can't comment on the underwear because my 3 year old is still not potty trained! But all the clothes they sent me that I was able to try were fabulous. Very soft fabric, which didn't irritate my son's very sensitive skin. The button down stain resistant shirt was actually stain resistant. One wash and mud came out, which is rare for me. I'm always washing clothes 2-3 times to get stains out.
My favorite items were the socks. We are always losing socks in this house. They were thick, but not so thick they made shoes too tight. They also were incredibly soft and they sent me a variety of colors.
The one item they sent that was too big, is a red zip down hoodie, pictured above, in a size 6/7. It feels so soft and comfy and makes me just want to curl up into it. But, alas, it is too big for my son and too small for me. So, I'm giving it away. I think it would work for either a boy or a girl since it is such a bright red.

thanks for the info on the stain resistant stuff. i detest spending $ on things that don't live up to their claims. as for the sweatshirt, i will surely give it a good home. we have 3 girls and it will pass lovingly from one to the next to the next!

We've tried the tagless t-shirts. I usually get the plain white and tie-dye them. I really like Hanes clothes for the feel and you cant beat the prices.
