Skin Md Natural

I was recently given a sample of a lotion called Skin MD Natural. Michael has incredibly sensitive skin, and it's hard to find lotions that are Dermatology tested, Fragrance and colorant free, hypoallergenic, Paraben free, and Non-comedogenic.

I liked this lotion. Michael has not shown any signs of an allergic reaction to it, which is huge, since he is allergic to everything. The lotion feels very light, and is not very fragranced. It seeps into dry skin right away and makes it softer. I found that it really helped with my dry, cracked heels, as well as using it for Michael's after bath lotion.

My only complaint about it is that Michael frequently gets a rash around his mouth. We originally thought it was food allergies but it turns out is a reaction to textures and drool around around his mouth. Aquaphor normally clears it right up, this lotion did not.

I need to find a lotion that does not feel like crisco. Was it greasy?

I have used Skin MD for a while now and it does not feel at all greasy. Very light and absorbs quickly

This sounds like just what I'm looking for. I’m an artist and find that the oils and solvents I use are always drying my hands out and leaving them dry, cracked and sore. This definitely sounds worth a try, especially as it’s non greasy and lasts so long. It’s been getting some good press too and is worth checking out - Skin MD Natural in the UK. It uses a new advanced scientific proprietary formulation which, apparently, has a moisturizing factor 6 times greater than glycerin, the standard humectant (water absorber) against which all others are measured. It is a shielding lotion which bonds to the skin to keep the irritants out, moisture in and protects the skin in a way a normal moisturizer can’t. Well worth a look.
